Yes, they will level up from doing this. I got one of mine to level 25 in one day.

How does it work? Whenever I run a B-spec (either it's seasonal or regular) people will get credits? Even if they aren't online?

I was forced to start a new save so I only have 5 drivers now and they are all low level and I'm trying to grind them up!

I leave my PS3 on and I use the remote race function to start races from any computer when I can.
