basic rally set up

Greetings peeps..
i'm having trouble with my rally set up..
my car seem over responsive and difficult to control..
can someone please lay out a few guidlines for rally set up's..

eg; it's best to sometimes have a a lot of camber..
eg; it's best to have soft springs..

stuff like that.. just an outline of general rally settings..

I don't really know if this is right or not, but for my part I move the VCD to 50/50 and adjust LSD upwards on all three settings, it seems to give me the feeling I'm looking for when I'm on dirt or snow, I don't use rally cars for the tarmac stages so I can't help on them, but I figure any road setup will do.
