Batman Begins

I saw this movie today, and it is awesome! Really out does the Batman Forever and such movies.

They way they explained his role into becoming Batman was perfect.
In my book, this ties with Spiderman 2 with 5 gold stars.

Since this movie based on a comic book was great, I'll probably go out and see the Fantastic 4. It looks good.

saw it right when it came out, awesome movie, like everyone mentioned before kate holmes performance was lackluster but thank god shes only around for a few parts of the movie. shes still hot though, gotta give her that.

I don't think they really need another film. They already did a film on how Robin joined, and then one where Batgirl joined.

I know it was terrible. I don't really see the new batman having a sidekick, especially one like Robin. I think they should finish three movies with batman alone and then do another three movies with Robin (NO BATGIRL). And Robin could die at the end of the trilogy, that way it could remain dark, but still have robin in the action.

As long as Robin doesn't wear an awful outfit, and is played by an actor as dark and talented as Christian Bale, it would probably not be that bad. But I doubt the producers and those that own the movie rights wll ever allow it, for fear of creating another monster like Batman Forever and its even more horriffic brother, Batman & Robin. Chris O'Donnell, burn in hell!

just wanted to bump, and say this was a great movie. (for it's genre) I'm still hard pressed to say the original Micheal Keaton movie wasn't the best. It's close. real close. Cant wait to see how they are going to do the next Joker.

I hope spiderman 3 features Venom, but i heard it's going to be the sandman. That sucks venom was the all time best spidey villian along side carnage.

Hell yeah. The story behind Venom is by far the best of all the villians, imo.

Someone with as much box office pull as Tom Cruise will never play a sidekick, especially to a less successful and perhaps less well-known actor such as Bale.

I could see Christian Bale getting an oscar in the future not for this tho. But he's good. Too good....I think they should make robin black just for the hell of it, and spice things up. Marvel is so racist...spidey, hulk, all but one x men, the fantastice four, punisher THEIR ALL WHITE!!!!IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!.
Wait i just realized batman is dc....superman, batman, flash, wonder woman THEIR ALL WHITE!!!

Bale has let it slip that they are after Sean Penn for the role of the Joker. As for Cruise playing Robin, they should leave sidekicks out, they don't do much good for the story.

I don't think it's the right time for robin, They've barley scratched the surface of Batman's character if they follow the comics there's a lot more to Batman to come, I think they should use Ray Liotta to play the Joker, does anyone know if Chris Nolan is still on for the second film?

I've heard Steve Carell , The 40 year old virgin, Jim Carey, Mark Hamill, and Paul Bettany may play the role of joker but it hasn't been decided yet. And two face might make an appearance in the movie too.

I just finished watching this on dvd and I give it a thumbs up! I think "Begins" are almost as good as the first Batman with Michael Keaton. I had heard about people mentioning Morgan Freeman, Cillian Murphy, Katie Holmes, Michael Caine and Christian Bale. But I either missed or didn't hear about Rutger Hauer, Ken Watanabe or Gary Oldman! Talk about a pleasant surprise. Katie Holmes wasn't as bad some complained(even with the fake boobs ). Actually, I think she was pretty good.

I highly recommend this one(Duh!, everybody's liked it). Definite "A".
