Here's a quick photo I took recently from my FIRST ever MLB game between the Cubs vs. Nationals MLB game...

First of all, I thought Wrigley would be a bit bigger... lol

Anyway, this photo;I it's Fukudome getting ready to bat..

Too bad Cubs lost... lol

I was behind home plate just to the right (left if you're watching it in TV).

The net they have (in front of the spectators) is so annoying though since it confuses the camera as well. Add to that, that it was windy and that net was shaking..

This was taken handheld with my (non-IS) 16 yr old Canon EF 35-350mm lens.

I'll post more pictures from the game..

Wow, it still turned out nice even though the net was in front of it... Looks good 👍
 
The net gives the photo a cool look and that's an awesome picture! Great composition!
 
My 35-350 is an aging lens and this would have been sharper with my 70-200 2.8, but I needed the focal length so I decided to bring this lens to the ball game.
