Just curious if the LagunaSeca Blau is the same Laguna Seca Blue that i'm seeing in this thread. I'd love to put that on a stock m3.

IF it's not the correct Laguna Seca Blue does anyone want to trade? I got gold and silver chrome!

I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's the exact same name, but it's in German. 👍

I don't see why it wouldn't be. It's the exact same name, but it's in German. 👍

Alright. I just didn't know. It looks quite a bit darker in the little mini sqaure pic. Wish they had an effing view car in this color before painting feature.

I agree. I've painted a Mustang with the Lagunaseca Blau chip from the used E46 M3, and it turned out dark, just like the preview, or like necrodh's shot:

And what I think it should look like, slipp3h's:

slipp3h says it's the E46 chip, so I'm wondering if it's just different lighting and/or exposure? If you google "laguna seca blue", you'll notice many different shades, but nothing quite as dark as what mine or necrodh's looks like.

After looking at it more. It must just be the lighting. If you look at the BMW logo on the front of the car. Both pictures have the same hue difference. I guess it is the correct color then

If you're talking to me. I like to make most of my cars fairly realistic. My Silverstone II Metallic M3 I posted earlier isn't some overly powered car. I have chassis reinforcement, sport air filter and exhaust, single disc clutch, sports flywheel, front lip, BBS wheels and sports hard tires. It's fast and it's realistic to what somebody could potentially have in real life.

I do have a 560HP Matte Black M3 that is fast as hell. But I don't need an overpowered car to have fun in the game IMO.

Chassis reinforcements (from pictures) should only be a front engine strut and rear sway bar. I know tons of people that have that stuff on there m3... Including my father. I bought a flywheel for my own car... Almost bought a clutch but it was expensive.

And I never said "your" car was overpowered...
