-All members are expected to have myself and Ameer on their friends list so in the event of a friends only lobby, you will be able to join.

-You are by all means allowed to have whoever you want on your PSN block list. However, if you host a friends only lobby, you are to remove all members from the block list prior to hosting the lobby so that they are able to join. All members should have complete access to club lobbies.

The person who blocks you can block you anytime they want. They should unblock you before the lobby is created. Once the lobby is done, they can re-block you.

You can block them, but if you host a lobby that is club related, you must remove them from your block list temporarily.

@Crowex You didn't have the right settings. The room type was set to free run which disabled damage for the lobby. Also, you didn't set tire restrictions. I'm not yelling at you; just telling you for future reference.
