Hi guys new here

I’ve been looking over the forums and trying to tune my engine swapped beetle 1200 (with a M64 Porsche engine) but I still haven’t had luck with it.

Obviously the power is too much and the stability is meh, the main issue is how it whips back in. Any pointers on how to reduce this? Played with ride height and traction a little

Cheers

I'm still looking for a decent setup for this as it's undrivable, even after trying to tune it all day.

She'll do just shy of 200MPH but she just will not turn, even with 120Kg of ballast in thent front to give 50/50 weight distribution.

The best I could do was drop to around 112 & 111 on the front & rear ride height, massively stiffen the front suspension (2.90), and give it oodles of negative front camber (-3.0)

Eventually in for a 1m57 at Daytona Rd but wasn’t happy with it.

Messing with the gears, diff and TCS kinda u UK helped to stop lighting the back tyres up but she still handles pig on stilts regardless 🐖

Either way, feel free to see if you can improve it 👍

Hey guys. This might help.

A fellow user TT92 has improved it more by making weight distribution 50:50 and hardening the rear sway bar to 5. He also changed the brakes to racing slotted.
