The G29 is your closest bet. That works on PS3-5 but sadly not PS2. There was a protocol change between generations but not with the PS5 which uses the same as the PS4. There's a switch on the wheel to change it between PS3 and PS4/5.I don't think such a wheelbase exists (i.e. compatible with PS2-PS5.)
The game is eccentric. Always has been, that's why these daft inclusions are there and what makes it so loveable! Why did they include these silly ones that depart completely from the core of the game?
Don't remember it being 6 crbad deal,,, with the event(s) in gold the bonus is a car that can be bought at the brand for half a dozen credits
I only hate the missions and the license tests and the circuit experience that is more difficult than I spending 3-5 minutes or 3-5 attempts. I would pay the same price as the GT7 costs to get an editor feature where we could change everything or at least choose our own time limits on the missions and other tests and CE.I cant decide which missions I hate the most. The cone missions, the silly drift missions or the pointless ones where you have to drive as far as you can with almost no petrol.
I love all the other missions though. Why did they include these silly ones that depart completely from the core of the game?
Is it a challenge if we can get 250k credits driving 10% slower than the best ranked driver? Or 500k credits driving 5% slower? Or 2m credits driving 1% slower? The problem in GT7 [there are many, actually] is that there are too few options and too few credits. Very many gamers agree with this statement. What other reasons are there even for the grinding specialties after all the menu books are done?Choosing your own time limits? That doesn't make any sense. If you take the challenge out of the game, what is left?
If you look at the top times and missions the elite are already beating the gold minimums by 5%-10%. If you can't get within the gold time limit set by PD you don't deserve the gold prize. I am doing Master IA right now and it takes some effort and time to get golds but if I can do it most others should be able to, I am pretty average. Is it a challenge if we can get 250k credits driving 10% slower than the best ranked driver? Kazunori choose the time limits and I hate it! What good is a challenge if I hate the difficulty level, spending tens of hours of trying but still not achieving gold???
Is this deal still on ? It's almost 1 year and half ago ...If you live in Southern California, and can get gold on the cone missions, I will get you food, beverages of your choice (depending on age) and $150 cash if you can get gold on the cone missions. I have a PS4 and just the controller, so if you need a wheel to do them you will have to bring your own.
I might be able to do these with a wheel, but I don't know if I want to get a wheel and then have to get a new one when I upgrade to a PS5, and those are the most frustrating missions I have ever tried.
