Best circuits for night photos - your suggestions please!

Hi all,

So I have a desire to create some nice night shots, mainly focussing on the lighting and starlit backgrounds (less focus on the cars themselves, although they'll obviously be a part of the pic...). What I want to know is, which circuits are best suited for night photos? Preferably they will provide a good range of close and far shots (ie, Tokyo possibly isn't great for anything zoomed out very far, correct me if I'm wrong) and have a beautiful sky scene.

Hit me with your suggestions please!
