By far the FGT is the fastest givin it is not limited by F1 regs per sei. But I would bet money that the later model Ferrari would be faster.

There are only 2 F1 cars and the FGT, just get them all. My Favourite is the F10 though. What are you unsure about?

In my opinion, the best F1 car is Ferrari F1 2007.

Imo the FGT is the most useful, you can only use the Ferrari F1 in one make events, and the FGT is 5 Million cheaper and is faster for sure in a straight line compared to the Ferrari's.

Personally, I prefer the F10 '10 from Ferrari. If you want to take pictures using the in game camera, then the Premium Ferrari's are the way to go. However, if you are going to enter in the FGT Championship, then you'd have to buy the FGT.

It's not the fastest but you should probably get the FGT since you can only use the Ferraris in one make races.

This. I would also argue that the FGT (with proper tuning) handles overall as well as a Ferrari F1, although the Ferraris have sharper steering response for some reason.

That reason is vastly more downforce, a better chassis and an amount of power they can actually use. The FGT is more useful, but it's a lot less enjoyable and will actually be in GT6. I'd recommend an F2007 (easier to drive than the F10) before it's gone, unless it's for A/B-Spec.
