Best FF car of GT5

Most of us know that Rear Wheel Drive is the way to go, but there are Front Wheel Drive cars that can´t be ignored.

Which ones do you think are the best, considering power, weight, less understeer and overall handling.

My favorites:

- Volvo C30:
Even with 295HP, it feels like you´re driving an AWD car(In turns, not in lauch.). Virtually no understeer for having such an amount of power.

- Ford Focus ST:
Same thing with the Volvo. Probably due to the fact that they are built in the same plataform, and share the same engine.

- Honda Civic Type-R (FD2):
I´m really not into Hondas, but Type R´s are known for their sharp handling and racing inspired engines. This car sounds and drives better than it looks.

- Mitsubishi FTO GP Version R:
Quite old, and not the best one. But this car is unique on everything. Plus that little 2.0 V6 is one heck of an engine. I´ve always had a thing for this Mitsu since the early days of Gran Turismo.

-Mini Cooper S (any):
Turns on a dime with sports softs. Although for some reason, the car doesn´t feel as fast as it really is. Still, awesome car.

The Alfa 147 GTA. Gotta love its insane understeer, nothing like leaving a trail of smoke after every single turn.

I was racing in a shuffle room some time ago, dont remember exact pp, but 90's integra was smoking both fr and awd almost every race with different drivers.

2nd mini - ESP on the ring.

I'll add 87 civic racer - maybe not the best but a blast to drive!

The Volvo is pretty awesome, but I have to give a shout-out for the Mazda Atenza (the premium model). In stock form, it's a sporty-ish saloon with some safe understeer. But mod it to 'Touring Car' spec (300bhp, racing susp etc.) and it is AWESOME. On both Racing and Sports tyres it is nimble and the understeer is easily tuned out with a bit of work on the suspension and LSD.

Dodge Neon SRT4- Can be hopped up the most for a street FF car.

Totally forgot that one. I´ve seen it many times in front of the pack in the advanced Muscle Car event.

Peugeot 207 GTI is pretty special round corners, the Integra Type R is good too especially when race modded.

trust me on this one but. . . wait for it. . . . mitsi mirage 1400glx 78, fully tuned. it can do a 1:20 around deep forest & 1.32 around trial mountain. i used it in the supercar seasonal, its incredible fun

Ugh why is there so many threads about the best FF car. SRT4 is by far the best. 600+HP is an absolute monster. I did a lower HP with sports tire tune for it and it's amazing to drive just imagine what a beast it would be at the full power and racing softs

This was somewhat done. the integra won but it was more about the tune and the lower pp. fully maxed out the srt4 will kill

Honda Integra (DS5) RM. Stunning car. I think it's the fastest FWD car around the ring too.

Personally, my favorite FF car would have to be the Honda Mugen Motel Civic Si Race Car. Even with non-racing tires, I feel little understeer.

If we are talking stock yes I'm agreeing with you. When I first tried this car it was pretty well rounded.

I remember using it for the FF challenges, and I still do if some pop up online, but I'm going to branch out, try other cars as well. I usually don't drive FF, but change can good, yes?

I have been testing my cars around deep forest and my integra rm and civic ek set to the same pp as my mirage wouldnt get around as quick as the mirage

No doubt however right off the bat the the FD2 comes with CS RE070 the DC5 comes with RE040 CM. Not many FF cars come with CS stock and the FD2 has more body ridigity.
