Focus ST170.

Cool! The almost unknown Focus in Gran Turismo! I never tried that one in GT4 or in GT5. I had the old RS back in the GT4 days but I didn´t like it because it didn´t turn at all, making me think that the ST170 would handle worst, so that´s why I never got it.

my video of my srt4 in gt5.

But the best all rounder in GT5 for FF pp races is the infiniti G20 90' the one with the torque happy SR20DE engine, 361 hp, 270 ftq 1031 weight, nurburgring 24 hours in 8,57 seconds.

in 2nd, Honda civic type R 08, 3rd, honda integra/acura DC2.

Has anyone mentioned the Trial Celica yet? 400bhp of tyre-shredding, supercharged fun, and amazingly quick...rare too

And how about the 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT? Second most powerful FF in the game, you can supercharge it's 3.8 V6 and tune it to 550+bhp.

Very hard to reccommend one over the other, I love them both for being blindingly fast and a rare sight too when you race online

Dodge Neon SRT4- Can be hopped up the most for a street FF car.

Yes it can and it also can be brutally fast, but it has a lot of understeer stock with terrible brakes. If you fully upgrade it, masking that understeer really starts becoming a chore as the power is just too much for the chassis. With a good tune though, it is quite the evil little car (sleeper) to race with online lol.👍

My favorite FF car has to be the 08 Civic Type R (sedan) from the NCD. Great handling and quite fast as well when tuned properly.

Due to Helmet-Grinding I did some FF-Seasonal grinding with different Cars (at Eifel).
My favourites:
Renault Megan 2.0 IDE Coupe --> not the fastest but what a sound with Racing Exhaust 👍
Trial Celica --> My GT5 FF winner Car (I tuned it to 491pp only did minor tunings). In stock form it is the best FF Car.
SRT4 --> with mid-rpm-turbo smokes in 6th gear xD at a reasonable hp-range it is searious fast.
Integra RM/ Integra Touring Car --> Almost the same Cars for me, both handle superb (stock, tuned or maxxed)
Xsara Rally Car --> Awsome Car.
Ford Focus RS --> 893kg and 219kW (not maxxed though) 500pp (or so) dream. Maxxed it is kinda tough like the SRT4.
Eclipse (Spyder, GT or the ´95) --> Nice drives but handle a bit complicated.
mmR Cup Car --> Really nice ride

There are more FF-Cars but above are my favourite.

Anyone mentioned this? I reckon hands down its the best handling FWD'er.

I´m going to be hated for this... It actually looks better than most GT5´s Standards

But yes, I remember that car! I remember that you got it as a prize, since I can´t recall ever purchasing it. It gave me many victories.

Anyone try the Honda Insight '99?

Fast little hybrid (Nor sounds nothing like one). On certain sections of Nurburgring it does 155mph+ without slip streaming. Light enough to zip through tight turns faster then most sports cars. Just, just fun.

I really like the Volvo C30 and the Xsara Rally Car in terms of handling. Both have very little understeer.

I would have to agree that the MOTUL Civic Si Race Car and Mini are absolute beasts in the FF world. Neither car has outrageous horsepower when fully tuned, but both cars are certainly quick enough to beat just about any other FF car.

I just use the one that I feel like using, alternating them frequently.

However, if you add the >>>ugly(!!!)<<< spoiler, people consider it a troll car.

The way PD decided to fit the spoilers on the Lantis is quite hilarious I find. Mine doesn't have one yet but I still love the way they bother to put holders those big on the back window.

The dlc Prius TC is pretty neat as well. It's kinda hard to tell when driving, because you only got one gear and there is no increase in the rpm, but that thing is fast.

And the dashboard looks really cool.

Volvo C30 R-design. Addictive engine sound, little understeer and great handling overall, feels more like a 4WD than an FF 👍

Original mini, slam it to the ground with a bit of boost and you are well away.

Most important car of all time and you can only get it in standard :grumpy:

Since Ferrari FF is not in the game I have to say that standard old civic racer you get as a prize from something.

Thing is, I much prefer front wheel drive to all wheel drive. A lightweight front driver is almost always more tossable than an AWD car. Plus if the front wheels are going to bog me down with understeer, might as well save the weight and ditch the rear wheels.

Granted I'd take a rear drive car first.
