Hmmm, what is it being used for? Drag, Drift, roadcourse? And you can supercharge all of them as I have done.
For drag and driftng, these are fun cars:
1970 Chevelle SS is the most powerful at 842hp/900+torque, weight 1329kg
1971 'Cuda 440 six pack 825hp/905 torque, weight 1282kg
1967 Cougar XR7 754hp/905+torque, weight 1181kg
62 Buick Special is strong also
2010 Camaro SS and "EDGE SPECIAL" (same car) are surprisingly strong. Same can be said for all the newer Vettes, Monaros, GTO 5.7, Vipers and Ford GT's..

Roadcourse:
1969 Camaro Z-28 RM, 560hp and fun car with a decent tune. My favorite old muscle car.
1970 Challenger R/T RM, over 770hp/820 torque... A tune is needed due to the massive power which hurts the handling.

Also, you can go with a new muscle like the 2010 Camaro SS RM which needs a little tuning for the track but is fun!

The Challenger SRT-8 fully tuned can be surprising. With transmission customized I managed to keep up with a ZR-1 RM on 1/4 mile and for road racing, it's nice too. It's still heavy but have good power and handling for this type of car.

I like the old one too.

I'm partial to the Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 ‘70. Black with white stripes. Alright, alright, alright....

Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packin' right here, all right. We got 4:11 Positrac outback, 750 double pumper, Edelbrock intake, bored over 30, 11 to 1 pop-up pistons, turbo-jet 390 horsepower. We're talkin' some [Expletive Deleted] muscle.

You better have your wood-screws, cuz I'm gonna blow your doors completely off!

You can supercharge all of them, the buggest ones are the Chevy Chevelle SS, Dodge Challenger '70, Charger '70 and '71, Pontiac Tempest Le Mans, and they are all pretty powerful.

My muscle cars sorted by PP. They all have same exact level of tuning, stage 1 engine tune, stage 1 weight reduction, no superchargers.

1970 Challenger R/T (P): 560
1970 Superbird (S): 533
1970 Dodge Charger 440 R/T (S): 524
1969 Corvette Convertible (P): 518
1964 Tempest Le Mans GTO (S):517
1969 Corvette Stingray L46 350 (S): 515
1971 Mustang Mach 1 (P): 514
1969 Camaro Z28 (P): 508
1965 GT350R (S): 505

The Mopars seem to have the upper hand here, with the Challenger the real standout. I've omitted the Cobra as well as tuner cars like the AM Corvette because I don't consider them musclecars in the strict sense.

FYI there is I think a 63 vette you dont use supercharegers on it its actually turbo ed

The Super Bee Hemi Charger is a pretty good car. Kind of ugly, but strong.

For the Seasonal challenges, unless you change the transmission, you will want the 63 Corvette to win Daytona. You can win the other races in just about any of them.

It's not considered a Classic Muscle Car in the Seasonal races, but the Buick GNX is a pretty good car too.

Both the 69 Camaro Z/28 and 70 Challenger R/t is the two best muscle cars in the game. Either in RM or Street form. With proper tuning they both run the quickest lap times.

I have both in my garage, 69 Camaro Z/28 //street & RM and 70 Challenger R/t only RM for the moment.
People say they are good tunes.
