I don't quite understand the fasination with Skylines. Sure, it's a sweet looking car that can have gob's of horsepower, but they all handle like shopping carts, except for the racing versions.

Maybe, this thread should have been called, "Which Skyline sucks the least?"

Just kidding!

I'm fully aware of that.
I would love to own one in real life. But in the game, I think that there are many cars that surpass the Skylines abilities.
I just don't think that it's a nimble car.

I do. You have to pick a car that'll suit your driving style.

I like GT40 or R390 for road hugging but I like Skylines for the stability. The racing Skylines are probably the best all around racers, for me, that is...

Exactly milefile!

A car that suits your driving style. Skylines don't fit my driving style.
But my lap times in them don't reflect this fact!
Just check out my time in the "Skyline Challenge" over in the Spot Races forum!

I don't see how anyone can say the Pennziol has bad handeling. If you'v done the Super License's test, look how good it handels their. I do believe other car's in the game handel better, honestly I havent had a car I couldn't handel. I know this is Skyline forum but I have to give the Esprit GT1 major prop's. It's by far the best MR on the game that can pull 59 second laps at Midfield with only 591hp.

That is a good one. But I don't know about it being the best. What about the R390 or the GT40?

Then I guess there really can't be a "best handler." Only a "my favorite handler."

I consider a good handeling car one that you can take around the track without spinning out, to much understeer-oversteer. But everycar handels great if you find the right setting's. I just bought one the older RWD Skylines, it's a 91' RWD. Never seen it in the used car lot before. IM at 600 something days and just noticed it after doing the GT Pacific race thing. Only 400 so horsepower but handels like a dream.

my favorite
Thats the case most often. Like in 'The Best Car' threads, you could get a viper nut in there saying the viper is the best but then you could also get an idiot in there saying the escudo is te best. So its all really personal preferance.

WalMart carts are better. My fave is the '98 WalCart LM Edition. Fast is an understatement in that one. Especially going through aisles 6 and 7 at Laguna Seca

yeah i had a sams club but i kept gettin pulled over for a sqeaky wheel and it was passed it 5 minute warrenty so i ditched it at soem other store and picked up target 2000 superchared 6 and it rocks
