GT-R Nismo would more than likely beat the Viper by a considerable margin because of 4WD and pretty well balanced steering.

That's ths black edition model, there's only one GT-R Nismo in the game which is the 2015 model.

It is a shame you are not online. You are missing that Nismo, and many other great cars and events. Sierra Time Rally alone is well worth getting the updates.

Considering you are unpatched and using the base car selection... Try out the Cien, W12 Nardo, and the R390 Road caar. The GTR Black is almost as good as the Nismo too though. The Viper ACR is really good too though. Try the Mercedes VGT out if 1.0 had it also. AWD just works better at extreme PP like you are at. Try the Lamborghinis out too. Grind Nascar Motegi for quick effortless cash. Better ROI than LTW. Were the Redbull events in 1.0?

I understand now Cowboy - don't have that one in my game - most likely I have to be online to buy that one. I just tried the 2012 and am not happy with the handling of that one.

If you've done all the updates it will be in the dealer even if you're offline. But since you are offline or don't have a way of connecting your PS3 online, you won't be able to get it without doing the updates first.

Thanks a lot LM7325 - I have tried for 2 years to get online and it's painful to see all the good stuff you guy's are able to get in addition. May I ask if you know any straight forward tutorials or online instructions on how to get online? There might be something new out that I don't know about...???? Thanks for any help!!

Well you either need internet access or a decent accessable WiFi source. Once online it is just a matter of creating a PSN account and getting ready to wait hours on end for GT6 to update. Just starting GT6 will get the update process started.

Hi again LM7325 - thanks a lot for info etc!! I think I might be online by tomorrow...?? --- Computer is now downloading the to the HDD which seems to be REALLLLLLY slow. Whatever - I hope I'm getting there by manjana!!

Yes, the Nordschleife, the one where you start and finish with the blue wall on your right side.

Hopefully I'm online playing here soon and then I will for sure look for the GTR NISMO there!! Best I have so far around Nordschleife in my Viper is 6:27,5 and you are right - she is harder to drive there! With my ZZII I beat the Viper easy with 4 seconds 👍

I've done 6:45 with the TVR Tuscan at 544pp, you can really thrash it since it's so light, any more powerful cars and the gains are so much harder to build as they weigh so much more and you really have to start being cautious around the whole track.

First fun lap I did with it (stock, sports hard tires) I got a 7:01 with a lot of drifting. Second try where I used Racing Softs, I got a 6:30 on a very messy lap. WOW mate - that's a GREAT time!!! - I have completely ran out of luck here after trying since yesterday and this entire morning to find the GT6 I bought online without having my old GT6 CD in the playstation - I don't seem to find it anywhere...... If I put my GT6 CD in the PS3 - it starts all over again and give me messages like wait 900 minutes - then after an hour or two an error message comes up - and then I'm not able to turn off the PS3 - it just seems to be a bug or something - I have no idea what to do now - so it looks like that was the GT6 for me....... - I wish I had some friends around here where I live that I could talk to....... take care there racer! Skål for you laptime there.
