Worst Car: 1.4 Hyundai Getz- Horribly light steering and a gearstick that doesn't feel attached to anything.

Best Car: 1.4 Hyundai Getz- Horribly light steering and a gearstick that doesn't feel attached to anything.

I can now change my answer to:

Worst Car: 1.4 Hyundai Getz- Horribly light steering and a gearstick that doesn't feel attached to anything.

Best Car: 2004 Ford Ka 1.3- Nice direct steering with a good weight to it, nice smooth gearchange and great, flat handling. :)

Really? I thought the Juke was one of the worse vehicles I've ever driven. It's hideously under-powered and the CVT leaves a lot to be desired.

Which engine was that, regular 1.6? I've heard nothing but positive things about the Juke, though in the UK most people seem to have driven either the Renault-sourced turbodiesel version of the turbo'd 1.6. The latter is the only one in the UK range that gets CVT and AWD. The rest are manual and FWD.

Best: kind of hard to choose, either the 68 XKE I used to own or the XJS I have now. Probably the XJS, got to love the sound of V-12!
Worst: too many to mention, either an 80's Gremlin or Pinto.

Best: Land Rover LR3 (off road)

Worst: Late 90's Ford Explorer: Slow, uncomfortable.
Chevy Aveo: No room, horrible ride quality & just plain scary to drive it in the ice.
Plymouth Neon & Voyager:...no words are needed here.

Worst: Maybe a Mitsubishi van that i drove once, while transporting my wifes motorbike to the racetrack and back?

Best: Kinda close between a mates 600hp R33 Skyline GT-R and a early model Lamborghini Gallardo i drove a fortnight ago. Will probably go for the Lambo even though i didn't get to have too much fun in it due to the heavy rain. :(

I haven't driven many cars;

Liquid
In order:

Nissan Micra K12
Vauxhall Astra C
Renault Clio II Facelift
Kia Rondo Mk. I Facelift
Ford Fiesta Mk. VI (Left-hand drive)
Hyundai Amica
Honda Civic MB (European, Honda Domani-based)

While the Ford Fiesta was the most modern and technically the best, Renault Clio was the smoothest and best to drive. Vauxhall Astra was 23 years out of date before it even rolled off the production line, and it was by far the clumsiest, clunkiest piece of twisted General Motors tosh.

Update
-------

Best: 2000 Subaru Impreza WRX CSE4 (SIC EM 2.0)

All the good points appointed with the first SIC EM but with a slightly better ride (that will probably change when the Enkei 18" wheels come in though :D) and, because of the lighter weight, feels a little quicker.

Worst: 1986 Nissan Skyline Silhouette (R31)

Would have to be the rattiest R31 I've ever seen let alone driven; felt like a couple of the shocks were broken and the gearchange was sloppy as hell. Motor sounded healthy surprisingly but yeah, just a crap example. Worst of the fully functioning vehicles would have to be the 2001 Toyota Avalon Advantage. Just a big pile of meh.

Since I've never had a driving license and have only owned 1 car I don't suppose I have much to say.

Best car was probably a Ford Focus RS and despite my own, only car being a Lada Samara (which drove like a tank) the worst car I've driven is Peugeot 306.

Best: 2008 Subaru Outback 2.5i XT - It rides so nicely and the turbo is always there to help. But I've only had it a week. Sadly it has an automatic. But at least it's not the four speed that Moses carried down from Sinai.

Worst: 2005 Pontiac Grand Am. I looked at this car for my stepsister, and thought I was going to die at some point during my drive. It pulled hard to the right under the slightest acceleration, rode like a waterbed with wheels attached, and started making the burnt plastic odor as I was returning it to the lot.

Most fun: 2014 Mazda 3 with a 5 speed manual. I had the biggest smile on my face the whole time I was driving.

Worst: Traband (forgot the model, dont really want to know either). It could barely get up a 15° incline despite having two engines. Created a hell of a lot of smoke, sounded horrible, ride wasnt that comfortable, and the list goes on and on.....

Best: My prized possession: 1968 Pontiac GTO. Im never selling her!

Worst: 1985 Pontiac Grand Am( I was 14)

Best: 2005 Honda Odyssey EX-L(bought new)

I had a '69 Cutlass S with a 455/t400/bench seats/12-bolt rear/15x8 black w/yellow striped Aero 50s sold before I moved to Australia. Awesome car. Miss her so much...

Couldn't you ship it over to Australia? And what was wrong with the Grand Am? Or was it because you were inexperienced?

The Grand Am was very floaty it was a new rental car. Drove it in Long Island. I had experience driving my brothers '81 Lancia Zagato at the time and I just hated the seat belts in the Grand Am and the engine sounded horrible.

Regarding the Cutlass. When I met my wife, it never occurred to her to ask her step brother who works for a classic mustang wedding supplier( i didn't even know this), to help bring it over. When I researched the cost to bring it over(around $8000 US) before this information, I owned the car for only 4months( customs require I own the car for a year and before it gets shipped, needs to be quarantined for 'X' amount of time before released) and it would have to be stored outside in Orlando at my moms backyard(that wasn't going to happen). Too many variables. Short story, come to find out when I moved to Oz, it could have been brought over for $2000. My wive still feels bad about me selling it.

Ouch.... the Lancia is a great car. And going from a sports car to an American lug, isn't a good experience. Well, at least, your car found a good home.

Best: 1987 BMW 528i (E28)
Worst: Tie between 1994 Peugeot 106 Kid 1.4 Diesel and 1997 Toyota Paseo Si

The E28 is the best car.. ever.

The Peugeot's only saving grace was how easily it performed clean handbrake turns and J-turns... I was young.

Worst Car I've ever driven would be a 200ish PT cruiser I had as a rental a few years ago. Worst car I've owned would be a 97 Mustang. Total piece of junk. Almost as bad as the PT Cruiser.

Best car I've ever driven would be a Corvette ZR1. Very livable and stupid powerful. Does everything just right. Best car I've ever owned would be a 2003 G35 sedan. Very reliable, smooth power delivery, great handling, great braking. My Mustang could possibly top it given enough time. We'll see.

Haha, true about the comparison. I sold the Cutlass to a man from Brooklyn in his late 50's. he hands me the money and says after he climbs in and shuts the door(no BS), " This car will be good for my 18yo."

Best car: 2001 911 TT with the 650hp EVOMS package.

Worst car: PT Cruiser

Best car.
My buddy's 800 Plus Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 8 MR right hand drive. Beautiful car. He has many expensive cars with over 100k in each one.

Worst car.
My first car which was a 1998 Ford Taurus. I almost died in it after the throttle stuck (many other mechanical failures) and i ended up hitting a tree at 45 MPH. My right foot was ripped off from the firewall caving in because of Ford's crappy made cars.

Worst: My mates 1.4 Getz, get off the throttle and you'd have to chop down again to make some form of progress, brakes were waaaay too touchy and it creaked if you caused the suspension to move

Best: Had to have been my Dads old HSV Maloo ute, sounded like the god of thunder through tunnels, went like a cut cat even though the tray was full of camping gear, yet could do it in comfort, gutted he sold it

Worst: Late '80s Ford Bronco II

Roll over hazard. Broke down all the time, things were hanging around and that Cologne V6 sounded like utter poo. Had the wheel roll off going down the road once as well.

Best: Really a tossup here. Between a Charger, Challenger and my my pick up....can't really decide. Probably my truck just cause I'm biased.

Best: My 97 audi a4 quattro 1.8t, great handling and road feel for a 4 door sedan, enough power to beat most cars around where i live, and just a fun car to have.(biased) OR my uncles completely insane vw bus, lightened to about 2900-3100lbs, 475hp/463ft/lb turbocharged saab 9000 aero engine, custom chassis from a Porsche 911 gt3. Thing was fast as hell and i wonder how it could corner that well without tipping over being a top heavy van, look it up on youtube under 911 vs vw bus

Worst: 2008 chevy impala, no power, no road feel, worse than average handling, overly sensitive brakes. Overall the worst car ive ever driven

Cars ive driven: 2000 rav4
2005 camry LE
1996 jetta trek
2008 impala
1997 a4 quattro
1959 vw pannel van
2005 WRX
Lan Evo IX
NA miata
S15 silvia

Worst car? Can't remember.

Best car: Porsche 997 Carrera S and if you can consider this a car a Formula Renault on the Zolder track.

Best: 2010 Ford Taurus SHO, a close second would be a 2003 Audi RS6 I drove a few years ago.

Worst: 2012 Mitsubishi Galant, I didn't know a new car could be so bad.

Best.. My Focus probably.. Loads of fun through the turns which we have plenty of here.

Worst.. Probably a 96' Camaro with a V6.. God was that thing a POS.

i 2nd the Focus bieng a blast, i drove a 1st gen Zetec-SE manual as my first car

as the best: (997) 911 4S manual

worst: (LC) auto 4-speed Hyundai Accent that car was a dogg in every sense of the word even bad as a commuter

Best: Ford Falcon XR6 '04 I think it was? Brilliant car that handles it's bulky body well.

Worst: goodness.. it's hard to decide. Maybe the Mazda Demio? Or my grandmothers lancer, though that was because it has no speedo so it's a very stressful experience driving it.. too many speed cameras near her house.

The worst car I've actually owned was the Nissan Bluebird '93 I think, atrociously dull thing.

Worst..a Hyindai Getz, or a S15 1.5 Nissan Pulsar with auto

Best, maybe a 2012 VW Golf GTi OR 2012 VW Polo GTI..nice and quick and super comfy:tup:
