Better pricing on playseat evo??

Just wanted to know if this thing is ever on sale?? Most places i check are at an average price of $300, which isnt completely outrageous but after factoring other things i need (G27, Shifter adaptor, buttkicker, BK adaptor, and of course the game) which total around the 800ish range, i'm gonna be broke . Are their any other places that have more competitive pricing, say around 250?? Seeing how GT wont be released till next year maybe i can wait to see if they'll be on sale during the holidays but somehow i doubt the price will drop.

I don't think they ever do, if you have the know how/required tools you can make your own for under $100.

I got mine last february for 240$ with free shipping on amazon. I didn't think it was on sale, but now it's starting to look like it was.

I'm another one that doesnt think you can get it cheaper. I'm also looking for cockpits since i'm buying one soon, and i've found VARIOUS times that the Playseat Evo has a problem, and it's that the wheel mounting bar is in the middle of the pedal tray, so you either have to left-foot brake (which is very unrealistic sometimes) or set the pedals far right, which will damage the pedal tray with the time.

Why don't you check out the obutto cockpit. It's about the same price and looks like a better setup.

Thanks for the advice guys. The obutto cockpit seems like a good alternative but price wise it's not much different from the playseat. Guess i'll just wait and hope for a sale before march.

I checked the obutto, its a really good one! Only bad thing is the shipping, that thing weights 50KG! It'd cost a fortune to get it here .

I got one of these for 150 on Amazon. Right around fall/winter time. Keep looking. Honestly though, if you're going to spend 300 on a playseat, you might as well just go with an Obutto. Check it out.
