Black Beauties PERFORMANCE question

Okay, I checked thoroughly twice and couldn't find it with the search button/"Many Faqs". So close this post if it's already up.

My question is, are the black beauties the exact same as their colored counterparts? Because I've used the black R92cp(Not tuned at all, only a rigidity refresher plan) and it's like the gear ratios are a whole different car than the original. Visualize: Speed pointer thingy(my terminology is horrible) keeps jumping straight to the edge of the gear-causing the sound that tells you shift up to always repeat over and overER...then I shift up, speed pointer thingy is pointing left, under speeding. Do you know what I mean? As in, I'm in a too high gear. Should I keep hearing the shift up sound until my speed won't increase(then shift up) or should I shift up early to solve this problem? Also, the black R92cp is 951 HP while the original calasonic is about 788 in the game. Sorry for the inconvenience if there's already a faq or something up.

EDIT: Yeah I know I have to shift before that sound. It's just that my friend told me to shift up before the sound and I didn't believe that because he is an idiot. Thanks guys. Well, learning the fact that the black cars are horrible just spoiled my year. juzt a kwes1+ion:how Y0:cool:w8 dud wei' do u fXnd da cars?:cool:

First of all, I imagine the Black Beauties would be worse on performance because they have higher mileage and would have suffered power loss.
The gears, sounds like your spinning the wheels to me, make sure you have traction, then shift as you would.

Yes, if its making the "shift up" sound but the car is still picking up speed, you're doing a burnout, and you should control the throttle.

Also, you shouldn't let it reach the "shift up" sound. You need to shift before then. If you need some help, there is a red blinking light that comes on when you should shift.

Actually, the black Nissan R390 has more hp (712 without oil change) than the showroom version(641).
Don't know about the others, but there may be differences with those too.

Just to clear up inaccuracies, this isn't right - the showroom car might be claimed to have 641bhp, but that's a flagrant lie. Get in the new car and you'll find that it has more power than the Black version, due to its engine not suffering from the permanent wear that the Black car has endured. I don't know the figures for this particular car, but I can guarantee you that the new version will have more power than the Black one in any matched circumstances.

Why PD has listed the power outputs of some cars in the showroom hopelessly inaccurately, I have no idea, but they have.

Showroom R390 will jump up to higher power than the black version once purchased. 👍
