Black border. Help. Asap

Why isn't it scaling properly? I hate this black border. Can't view anything with the game "window" so small.

Did you check your aspect ratio settings for the monitor and the resolution settings in game?

I did, and no luck. @Johnnypenso

Read somewhere that laptops tend to have this problem. Anyway, I'll just wait until it launches on PS4, and delete it and the whole Windows partition. (I literally just formatted my Mac today to add a Windows partition for AC, I missed playing it. What a waste) Looks like I (like I've said tons of times to everyone everywhere) need to save up some money for a gaming rig, I really miss that.
