Bloom/Lens flare missing ?

Okay so as I browse through the new threads with the DLC cars,I try to shoot some new stuff, but I now see that I don't have lens flare/bloom on most of the tracks and locations. I only seem to have it at Sarthe, The Ring, Spa, and Kart space. Nothing at all like I see at Tsukuba, Tokyo or London.
So did I get left out or is there something I'm not doing right ?

Yeah I know the filters take it away, but that shot of RX7 at Tsukuba that you posted, I have nothing like that what so ever, all I get is a very minor bloom when's over exposed

humm, could it be the way your looking at it?

I've tried so many angles. The only place I get any sort of lens flare is Kart space, at Sarthe, Spa and Nurburg, I only get bloom.
I'm beginning to think I got screwed over some how:/
I get some bloom at Suzuka, no lens flare, I'll have to try every track out to see.

there is another track chocobo told me about but i cant really think of it now.... also playing skyrim dosent help that either

I am also interresting in this! Cant get the foto's right with lens flare and bloom....
