Rule change:

Fuel/tire wear set from fast to normal
Reason: with fast one need to pit in every other lap or three. It doesn't make sense for a long track like Nürburgring.

Will anybody be recording the race and putting it up on YouTube? I'd be interested in watching it to see how everybody got on.

Yes, you are good to go 👍 I have not improved my time since the last time. Of course my lap times are not very comparable to you Div1 masters

I don't have the equipment to record the sessions and to put onto YTube. Maybe someone can volunteer if he/she has experience with this sort of thing?

PS: probably i will open room for some "getting used to car/track" practice tonight after 22:00. So anyone will be invited for the run.

I'm in the same boat as you. I will be happy if I could survive the 2 hours without a major incident. The track is hard enough, plus 2hours of driving and heavy damage, I expect many interesting to happen during the race. My personal strategy is slow and steady as much as possible.

I'm a "straight in the action - head always first" type of guy But that doesn't mean I'm some kind of Kamikaze. Will be tough 2 hours of our lives, but I'm sure we will come out of this race with honor, with more experience and with a lots of fun to remember.
