Bob vs tuning

I'm stuck on the extreme American series. Tried upgrading a CRT viper and the Cien. Can't seem to get close to a finish as my bob seems to not want to win. Is it worth tuning the car or should I be looking for a specific race killer? Or us it just bob?

The only car that worked for me was the Ford Spec II Test Car that can be bought from the Gran Turismo dealership. I'd let you borrow mine, but GT won't let me log in at the moment. You can send a friend request in the meantime.

My Bobs would not drive right in anything else. They sucked until I gave them that one.

And you're not winning because Supercars are not better than Race Cars. Any American Race Car will win this event. I don't need to give examples, because there's so many to choose from.

Maybe Jonah should try that if they're having a bit of bother with their bob and that track.

Make shure you have the best tires you can have when your doing that event.

I found an answer. I race spec'd the corvette 09. Tuned it from this link.http://writen4u.hubpages.com/hub/Cars-that-can-be-Race-Modified-in-Gran-Turismo-5-GT5-with-Specs almost lapped them over the 20. Thx for help tho.
