Bonus car after every mini series?

Correct me of im wrong here, because I honestly cant remember. But in GT5 after you had completed for example all 3 races in the "Sunday Cup" didnt you receive a free car? And im pretty sure it was the same with any series? If im wrong please tell me. Have they scraped this in GT6?

You need a certain amount of stars earned before getting a car.
Not when winning the Sunday Cup seperately for example.
