Bram Turismo's Gallery - Tournament Round 1 before/after -

All your pictures are the same, angled Zoom Blur, tinted with orange and loads of reflections. It's ok but getting old now. Well nearly all of them are like that.

I like that style George, and I only post in my own[/] gallery what I like, not what I don't like...

Hey I like that pic man! The colouring looks awesome, and the blur looks great. The back wheel of the car looks a little iffy, but other than that, top stuff! Keep 'em coming! :dopey:

Beautiful work yet again Pink, can't wait for you to throw me that mini-tutorial so I can get back up and running soon!

Regards, GT Pro.

lol. it looks really nice though. i like the colors. i just can't help the fact that the rim was ruined. it looks like it's depleting and is about to go into pieces. still a nice photo though. i see that you'll be sticking to that style for a little bit?

Yes, I will, to concentrate on colors and cleaning.

About the rims, as I said before, don't mind them, they will be re-done with the big collection

Sweet, that has to be the best gradient map I have seen from you. You are getting better Bram. Can't wait to see the full update. 👍

Thanks 👍

I hope they look alright, let me know your thoughts on this update 👍

Fantastic update Bram! I really like the NY shot, great lighting and colours. The white Scooby, nice glow and angle and the second gradient map one, you are very good with that gradient map, love the colours. They all look really good.

One thing about the white one, I think the shadow under the car could use some darkening. It doesn't look dark enough. Just a thought. :)

Great work as always. 👍

I like the panorama shot, the finish is great! the grand Canyon shot is great too, but the white car looks awesome! I really like the whiteness of the softness, it kinda gives the car an ethereal look and feel to it. 👍 Keep 'em coming! :dopey:

The Impreza is looking good in all wallpapers, they fit real good on desktop. The Brooklyn shot is perfect IMO, great quality and great colors, U have done a real beautiful landscape shot. Cheers mate, and keep it up :)

They look pretty good Ultra. The Subaru shots look pretty good, aside from the wheels in the first one. I know you are still going to fix them, but that's a big distraction. The white Subaru shot looks pretty good too. I would like to see more of a darker shadow under the car, but other than that it looks great. And the Grand Canyon shot looks really nice too. Nice scenery shots. Brooklyn looks really dark, but it's a nice panoram of the location. And BTW, I think your presentation is a little bit messed up. I think the way you set it up they were supposed to be one on top of the other, not side by side. Just to let you know that something seems to have messed up.👍

Thanks Charger 👍

It was meant to have Brooklyn in a darker color, it reminds me of NY in a way :odd: And the cleanup on it was terrible, I used almost every kind of blur and I did lots of smudging because the sky was just terrifying! (Damn PD!). I cleaned it up with a gaussian blur, motion, lens, box and smart blur followed by lots of smudging. Just to give you an idea how terrible the sky was looking

And the presentation was planned like that as well but you're right that it's kind of messed up, I liked my RUF presentation better I think :)

But thanks alot

Hey, i tought i already commented these O_o
Anyways, i really like the feeling of the second white impreza shot, really soft and cosy :P Great panorama shot too! Good job on the others shots too, good job!

Nice Bram. Don't worry, I'll do a screenshot to show the area wich I think you could do better ;). About your last update, I'm quite agree with 440. The rims of the Impreza, I supose you create the blur in a copied layer, so you can delete the edge of it to maintain the original definition. You should be noticed that the blur is only needed in the "core" of the rim, but not in the relative static reflections like edges :)

I like the glow of white impreza, but it has lost some definiton. I'm really don't know how fis this, just experimenting with some filter values, contrast...

Thanks for the comment Alex, I'll keep it in mind 👍

I do copy the rims on each of their own layer, but I guess it misformed like that because of the angle maybe or maybe because the original rim was so jagged.

I couldn't use the angled wheel blur method on this one, since I only could focus on each rim with inzooming so it didn't really helped because when zoomed back out, the picture was kind of twirled so that wasn't anything in my advance either :indiff:

Thanks alot though 👍

I love every damn shot!

The glowing white WRX is awesome, but the beautiful contrast exemplified in those last two shots are beyond belief!

👍

Thanks guys 👍

I concentrated on the cleanup on this one, at leat three hours were spend on it. I left the rear wheel unblurred on purpose since I used the handbrake the initiate the drift, some smoke would've been nice with it, but that goes beyond my capabilities. I also used a gradient map on the background while not on the car to make the car stand out more. Hope you like it :D

That is my new favourite shot or yours Bram. Great angle and I love how the car stand out with the gradient map on the bg. Great clean up too, the reflections look awesome.

One thing I noticed, the top of the roof you can see what looks like a little bit of bg not blured. No big deal, just thought you would like to know.

Fantastic shot, best ever imo. 👍 (Saved it)

Verry nice mate! i love the colours, its like the one from 440 charger. Your Subaru pics are awsome too. keep up the great work 👍
