Brand New Logitech Pro Wheelbase Not Detecting Wheel - Not Functioning At All

Just unboxed my PS5 version of the Pro Wheel. Even though the wheel was attached it gave me a message saying attach wheel. Reattaching does nothing. Tried on PC thinking maybe I need to update firmware and it isn’t recognized by Ghub or device manager.

I haven’t seen any mention of this issue anywhere so I’m assuming I got a dead unit? Really bummed. Link attached is a video of what is happening

Please get in touch with support to arrange an exchange - there’s nothing that can be done with this.

Not sure how things work in the US but here in the UK it would just be returned to the retailer for them to replace it. No need to get Logitech involved.

It's the PS5 version and it's only available through us, so our support are the ones to contact :-)
