no worries :) gave me some time to get some stars in the tour to get enough fame to unlock 65, although I am now on that race in rpm I think where you have to get 5 challenges out of 7 but half of them are drift and I can't drift worth anything during a race (I am embarassed by how many tries it takes me to pass drifting challenges in general) argh I think the 3 stars there will be worse than the venom hot lap 2!

Only could do about 10 laps wich got me into position 12 (read last :) ) But I enjoyed it.

I am at level 36 and did not have more then 10 hours playtime on DC, so still trying to find my way. I am using a T500RS and it seems I have to change my setup from the way I was used to in GT6...
 
Glad you enjoyed it! i'm trying to choose really fun combinations so its good to hear feedback. 👍

Will there be any point to points time trials in this series? So far I've liked the long and short circuits, both fun and infuriating ;)

I just started up Driveclub to take part in this after missing the first two weeks, but it seems I've been hit with the '10GB update' bug as punishment for not downloading the previous update right away. :ouch: Hoping this thing sorts itself out soon because I'm super keen to compete now after a bit if a break.

Well, it's all sorted now. I started up the challenge only to find I'd be driving on a track I'm no good at with a car which involves too much multitasking for my feeble brain. It turned out to be a surprisingly fun combination though, so thanks!

I'm glad you like the event. 👍 This one seems to be going down a 'storm'.
 
Probably won't be able to get a time in this week...not that I'm a threat to anyone other than myself :D Sorry about that.

I love throwing the car through the first and third sectors, especially the third but the second one is real hit and miss for me. Should've kept watching the Rally Germany highlights on TV beforehand for some pointers.
 
Having fun! Not sure if my hands are...keep it up Brend. Any idea if you will be adding Sprint tracks?
