Bring the Model T back!!!

The Model T would be good to have if you could create a completely custom hot rod out of it, with engine swapping, hood removal, flame paint jobs, etc. But I'm not holding my breath we'll be able to do those things. Don't really care if GT6 has it or not, if we can't do any tuning to it like in GT4.

That sounds a bit like Need for speed, as much as I would love it to happen I very much doubt it too!

Gran Turismo is NOT about the history of cars.
It just includes certain selected historic cars.

Its not about having all fast cars either

Except that by definition, it's about driving those cars. Where's the fun in driving a Model T compared to a Lotus 49? A Bentley Blower? A Superbird? A Mach 1 Mustang?

These cars all have something special about the drive, whereas the Model T was designed as an industrial implement. It's closer to a modern tractor than it is to a car.

The historic-ness of the Model T can be celebrated without driving it. Whereas driving the cars above gives you far more insight into why they were great.

Thats not everybodys opinion. Some of us enjoy the slower cars (tractors as you say). We all dont want a list of very cars only in the game.

Whatever horse Daimler found to compare their vehicles power to was sick and broken.

Did you know a horse has up to 14.9 horsepower (max. recorded) and that 1 HP appears to be close to the power a horse has when doing agricultural work?

No, slow and pointless. I don't want PD wasting their time modelling something like that ahead of other more useful cars.

It is already modelled, to the same degree as the other 800-ish standard cars in gt5, so why not include it in GT6?

IMO It can be fun to muck around with cars like this every now and again. 👍
