To everyone else that went, how beast is that GTR you guys were driving wtf is that thing it looks so fun to drive!

Everyone has mixed emotions about it. It was fun for me, but I don't want to give my final say on what I think about the car as we didn't really get to drive them without any stability control or TCS on. 👎

First post on a GT Forum since probably 2001. I used to play GT1+2 then got married and had kids

So, I just now got back into GT after buying my first console since the PS1 (told the wife it was a blu-ray player and that our 6yr old might like playing games...I neglected to tell her I bought GT5 with it). I then proceed to log on to the GTP Forum and see that apparently there is a new-fangled capability of racing against each ONLINE (we used to send replays back and forth via Dex Drive and emails...before that we just used the honor system and posted times)!

I then see that one of my old racing buddies, Cudaman, has won some kind of real competition based on GT5. How far the game has come! Who knew we'd be able to compete live against real people...for a real job at racing a real car. Cuda was always a great guy. We used to BS back and forth because we Autocrossed in RL. My old 911 is long gone (as well as my motorcycle) in favor of more child friendly vehicles. Congrats to Cuda...gimme a shout if you read this.

Maybe some of you who knew me can say "hey!" and welcome a fellow racer back into the fold!

Hi Joe.

I don't know if Bryan has been on these forums as of late, but we've certainly been in contact on Facebook. Don't know if you have one, however that would be the best way to get in touch with him.

I had searched his username on here and was surprised to find that he was an amazing drifter back in the days of GT3.

Is there anything GT-related he ain't good at?

Sorry I'm a bit late to give a congrats but better late than never. Congrats Bryan and all the other finalists!!
