No it's just I've been on nights and I'm on a night shift tmw but tonight is my night off so I can't break the cycle, I'm on days for the next 2wks tho so I can be normal for 2wks

I have lots of wee swallies, just not all together. Have actually found 2 cans of Tennents lager is my optimum to get rid of nerves for racing without getting too reckless. The problem is cans 3,4,5 etc follow to quickly.
