Let me know what the decision is guys , just got home in another lounge while i eat etc.
 
Small test race didn't have any problems so it looks like we're going ahead 👍
 
Damned if we do damned if we don't tonight all. 2 or 3 people with issues during practice was enough to call it off im afraid. :( If you wan't to race Brands next week please say I'm personally easy either way.👍
 
Got there as everyone was leaving. Same issues we'd mentioned in the thread?

Yep fraid so although only minor, only get worse as the evening went on no doubt.:rolleyes:
 
Yeah but least we can say we tried, place your vote for either:

Brands Hatch or Spa Finale next week, let's all vote by end of tonight so you guys can get your practicing in 👍

I'd want to race Brands next week. That and Spa are my favourite tracks on the calendar.

If it was modern Brands I would say definitely Brands next week. But I'll just go with the crowd, I don't mind either way

They're 2 very different circuits. At Brands you are always busy and overtaking can be a challenge due to the layout and narrowness. 80s should be easier to overtake at than modern Brands would be.

I've never tried the modern version in GT6:guilty: The 80's version popped up as we launched this so lazily we went for that.:dunce:

The differences are Graham Hill bend, and the 2nd and 3rd turns in the GP section
 
Like I say guys I will go by the most votes come midnight.
 
Brands purely because people made the effort to race it tonight.:boggled:

I'm ok with either track. When was it that Brands had the chicane at Dingle Dell, I can remember touring cars bouncing over the kerbs

Late 80s until late 90s or early 2000s I think. It was there from after F1 stopped using the track.

Not fussed either way what happens, would prefer just going onto Spa as the oversteer with the car made it loose going around a few of the corners
