Ok what is up with grip!?!?!? you brake 200 metres, too early. Brake 150too late. brake in middle, too early. there is no mechanical grip in this server, only aerodynamics! no one answer to my point of grip, people ignoring it! car spin wheel in 2nd 3rd gearing. in my server it is not like that. i could not stand to drive anymore. people moving around, not sticking to line or moving back across. frustrating, then car randomly loses grip after stop i could take no more.

I couldn't agree with you more...
During that Sprint Race; I braked at the same point each time - and sometimes, I almost stopped dead, and then on other laps, the car just had no brakes and went sliding off towards France. 👎
 
Not sure what Simmons means about the lack of grip , race 1 and 2 have different grip levels because of the tire wear and no tire wear factor .

No the grip is coming going. it seem different per lap, one lap i brake same but can not stop.

I thought it was my braking as 1 lap i could brake and be slow into corner then next lap brake at same point and over shoot apex.

Also sorry for shunt Simmons. I'm putting myself forward for a penalty/warning. Tried a Vettel ran onto the grass with outside wheels but kept my foot in it. Then when eventually braked lost control and shot across track into you. Over Aggressive Driving. :guilty:
 
It could be the tire bug because you guys do track resets sometimes that causes a bug .

When you change the regs it resets timing so no need to reset track or practice in another lounge and the join race lounge right before checks .
 
@ Cunny. i think tyre, rear grip goes too. i do not know, but when i test in my lobby it seem better and less wild. i was mad but i incidents happen. i can move on i would say racing incident but i doubt i have much change on outcomes. it just hard to drive with grip or brake changing every lap, and making moves is harder as you do not know if grip is there or if you will stop.
 
My biggest gripe is the pitstop, I come in for some new tyres half a second behind Skeng and leave 8 seconds behind him and lose a place. I'm not sure about this mechanical grip coming and going but I was really struggling to lap consistently. Managed to break into a 36 one lap then next lap I'm hitting a high 38... Probably just my poor driving.
 
I was doing low 48s in my lounge pre-race but couldn't get out of the 49s in the race lounge, although I swear I wasn't driving any differently. Same lounge settings and everything, and no need for an oil change. Good job I didn't race in the end :P
 
The pit stop issue was because Hanc and Simmons came into the pits too fast , if you fly in there then it resets your pit entry .

Research the tire bug guys , its probably not noticeable in race 1 because of no tire wear but it could be in race 2 .

Although I have no issues at all , I must just be lucky .

Can't believe that, I can remember having around 5 laps to go and a about a quarter of a tank and thinking it would be enough, 2 Laos to go I caught someone so was putting all my thoughts into that then bang - restricted to 50mph! Pitted but as JB had already finished it just drive me around the track :/

Pretty much constant 49's last night. At least my consistency is improving haha :/

Running out of fuel... That has happened me too on Monza in a previous season, I know how it feels. In the last turn the car just slowed down xD Monza is the only track I think in the season where fuel is actually a concern because it's such a high speed circuit.

Recalls me running out of fuel around Sarthe in seasons gone by we have all done it!:ouch:

I know braking distances increase if you are in the draft/dirty air of the car in front, so that may have something to do with the braking issues. I brake about 50m earlier when behind another car at Monza. The dirty air also robs you of grip.
 
Just waiting for all the stewards to deliberate we are on the case if your wondering.👍

Is that 5 different winners out of 6 races now? The q system might not be ideal for some but has given us the variety we were after.;-)

Can anyone confirm that the bugs back coz last night like a few of you have said was very weird when braking, no 2 lap braking zone was the same.

Cant say i noticed it i braked at the same point as i did during practice with the same results. Your lounge is very stable and was totally lag free no need to rock the boat imo.:indiff:

Not rocking the boat bud but a few have also noticed it so was wondering if anything was confirmed about a bug or anything.

Luck of the draw maybe, i think weve all thought something dosent feel right at one time or another. I often thought the Ford felt odd last season at times have to live with it i spose.:yuck:
