Ok furi.
I need some tuning aswell I've not been on since new update.

Topspeed is ok im doing 294kph (183mph) on the Straight before brakepoint.
A little bit of drafting puts me to 308kph which is ok.
I think your "Timeloosing-zone" is the last sector. (at least it´s mine :D)
These corners are essential for your times.
I brake a bit sooner to manage the Turns better => my time dropped (I don´t brake at the latest possible spot => smooth through the turns)
And the line for the final turn is important (it´s the most timebringing Corner me think).

If you take it to far on the inside you loose so much time.
Try to run it wider. I take it from the far outside and if you get the apex perfect you can Hammer down the Throttle while going through it.

Just need some fine tuning I think, plus don't know weather to choose weight or hp?

Like I sayed yesterday in the lobby: Power is better then removing weight.
At least it´s my conclusion from testing pre season :D

I will try another setup later, I will try no weight reduction to have more power.

Anyone who is 100% sure they CANNOT make mondays opener can you let me or Gedi know please asap, this way we can give the first reserve as much notice as possible thx guys.👍

Hey, would anyone be interested in a 50 lap ISF RM race around High Speed Ring tonight at around 9?

No aids, no extra parts, low slipstream and sport softs.:)

Or we could do NASCAR with race hards.

I will struggle with no set up for Fuji as of yet...

Meh, it's more of a driver's track really, setup won't get you too far, you need the basics. As for me, I don't like the place. Feel slow in the Ford here but nowhere else and just can't get a good feel to the track round here. Didn't like it for Season 1, didn't like it for Season 2. Ah well, I'll be out fighting for Suzuka.:mischievous:

I hate Fuji. The most artificial final sector, stupid corners, under steering hell.

My car is good there, a lot of understeer in the first turn of the final sector, though. I'm not good there, clearly.:P

Understeer everywhere, but in a straight line I can give a GT a run for its money...

Yep the last sector is kinda artificial. It was created to increase the Lap-times.
In addition it was not so much
=> They created that chicane for the F1 to increase it a bit more
=> totally ruined Fuji !!

Me think you all have problems finding the right line :D
But me think akmuq learned a bit from me while he was behind me a few days ago :D
How is your weight balance ?? Because if you have more weight on the rear end you can turn in a bit better (and while braking). I have 48/52 for example.
Also for the last sector: slower in faster out + wide from the outside at last 2 turns.

The first 2 sectors are a piece of cake compared to the 3rd one where you gain or loose Time.

@JB/Gedi: I´m ready beeing Steward at Fuji :D

I do know my lines and stick to them around here, late apex, the first one, wide turn for second and both for the final turn, it's just I always get to close to the car in front and have to back out or get a tap from someone who doesn't know their lines.

Anyone ever seen anything as lame as those new cockpits in the standard cars? Bloody shocking :ouch:

Agreed, Standard Changeable Rims would have been a better option. 👍

Ready to go
