Personally I'd only go 4 for sprint race.. 6 is nearly the length of a full championship race and in the sprint race you shouldn't have to worry about pitting whereas that's nearly half an hour going at full pace the whole race, if you have to pit it kinda defeats the purpose of having a reverse grid for next race if some people need to pit

Shorter is better at this Track not only for us drivers. Stewarding gets easier too

@R35: 4 Laps would be too sprinty. 6 is ok and easy managable. Therefore we won´t see any 2 stoppers for Race 2.

Isn't it called a sprint race? And 6x4mins roughly=24 mins at least without pitting.. Our last 1st race was like under 20 mins

LOL how about 5!!

Just to confirm race 2 must consist of minimum 1 pitstop.

5=20 mins~12=48-50mins,ish.

Not practiced this track yet so not too sure on tire wear but wasn't the idea to keep sprint short so u could drive at limit without worry of tire wear.

2nd race needs to be longer then last season as it was always 1 stop meaning no strategy involved.

Here's a thought looking at last 2 races 2nd race is triple laps of 1st race. Did this mean people have used different amount of pitstops in 2nd race?

If 5 laps are used in 1st race maybe 15 in 2nd as I have a feeling 12 laps will mean everyone doing 1 stop?

I predict two stop... Le Mans cars do about 7 laps on a stint.

I´m ok with dropping some laps and 15 sounds ok. It´s on the edge of pitting once or twice.
And the Sprint Race here should be a sprint => 4 laps is ok too.

12 laps don't create much different tactics, unlike 15 laps where 2 stops are a possibility.
