Vectra still a bus and cant make minimum weight: Seat wont make 305bhp without a stage 3 turbo. Also if its the premium Alfa 147 that too may struggle to meat 305bhp its way down before run in.

It's only about 470 pp with the stage 3 turbo and everything else up to regulations.

Like I PM'ed Johnboy and Geeky (some time ago), the current Turbo restriction (level 1) is mostly artificial hp because most of it's power is in low rpm. And we're basically never there. So I'm still voting for either all turbo allowed or no turbo allowed.

And then go for 205 hp limit or something (with no turbo) or only letting cars in that are capable of reaching 305 without turbo?

I haven't noticed any yet, but I'd be fine with allowing all turbos, as I said, more turbo means less engine
