I thought it would be appropraite to make another thread in regard to these two cars so as to detract from making innapropriate conversation in the Buggatti thread, that thread is to converse about Bugatti being in Gt5, which we should all be thankfull for.
Now heres another test proving the Veyron is faster than the Mclaren over 1/4mile, for those who think the Topgear test was staged.

For those that bash either car as not being significant automotive legends are fools, but if you were to ask me which car i think had most significant impact it would undoubtedly be the Mclaren, the seating position, the gold leaf engine cover, the fan to suck it to the road, first full carbon fibre bodied roadcar. That car was King for many many years, the veyrons crown has been bitten at the heels by many current supercars, and some even surpassing it's title as fastest production car, the Veyron is no longer the fastest car in the world but the F1 will always be a legend.
