i KNOW that this has been debated in other areas. but i haven't found any threads relating to this in the drifters forum.
personally ever since i started racing with chase hq, road blasters, and outrun, chase view was the ONLY way to drive. i've always used chase view in all the games i race. but to my surprise it seems most gran turismo-ers prefer bumper view (in car).
out of interest, do drifters prefer bumper or chase view? (admitedly chase view in gran turismo 3 sucks cause its too close and too low) but i can't imagine, and im not able to drift well using bumper view.
oh yeah and just to press the point, i drive a real car and to me chase view seems much more realistic because just like in a real car u can see/feel everything thats going on all the time. bumper view feels like ur floating in front of the car rather than being in it.
let me know what u think!
