Buying all DLC, please help.

Hello there,

So I finally got my hands on an XBOX and the LCE version of the game, and i intend to buy all DLC available so far.

After some research, heres what i know and would like you guys to confirm and/or advise if necessary.

You pretty much have everything covered; except with the Porsche pack; you will only be charged 1,200MSP if you buy it from the FM4 marketplace, as you are a VIP (you get a discount).

Just emphasizing that you need to buy the Porsche pack from within FM4 in order to get the discount. I´m a VIP and I paid 1600 points, because I didn´t know and bought it from the games marketplace through the Xbox dashboard.

Wow, $60+ for all the DLC. I'm glad I skipped Porsche and May/June/July.

By the way, the Top Gear May pack is not included with the Season Pass.

Ah, so that one is not included. Good. I mean, bad, because its a +560 cost... thanks for the info!

Since ill get a discount on the Porsche Pack like mentioned above, 4000+1600 will still be enough.

Thats exactly why i lined them all up like this. I was lost! You just cant find that info organized and simple, not even here. At least i didnt find anything...

Whilst on the subject of dlc...

I don't know if I saw correctly, but is the Spa racetrack available in a pack somewhere?

I thought I saw it whilst browsing one time, but can't seem to find it again despite looking

Was I mistaken/deluded/daft?

Spa isn't available to Forza 4, you might be thinking of GT5?

I think I've spent quite a lot on this games DLC, especially as I didn't buy the season pass but yet bought every pack because I thought I'd lose interest in Forza 4 quickly.

Just to add, the LCE didn't include the full LAUNCH BONUS CAR PACK. If you want all of the cars from that pack, you'll have to add another 560 MS points, or 160 each for each of the cars you're missing and still want.

Youre right. It came with 5 of the full pack. So there are 5 missing indeed.

I plan on buying the Season Pass and just 1600 pts a month for a while. The Porsche Pack will have to wait...unless I get a good amount of money and I can get 4000pts plus the season pass. But, yeah, I should be getting a good amount of money soon and I might be getting the Xbox Racing Bundle to save monies. (About the Racing Controller and FM4 for free. Only have to spend money on MS Points.)

Ok, im downloading everything here and, first, i didnt know theyd be all lined up in FM4s marketplace, so i was lost for no reason. Second, i gotta say it - This game is light years ahead in terms of car options. Jesus Christ.

I love GT5 and will continue to play it, but wow.

Im alone at home for the whole weekend, starting carrer, CSR Elite setup, beers and cigarretes. By monday ill look like Quagmire when he discovered internet porn.

In portuguese its Maio and i shortened it as im used to. Dont really see a problem but, ok tks anyway.

This should get updated with the August and September. I believe the cost is pretty much the same, though. Also, if you get the Holiday Bundle or a non-VIP FM4, VIP membership is 1200 MS Points. So, with the 5600 points in the OT, then you should have a choice of either the Porsche Pack or the VIP Member ship.

The Total without the Porsche pack would be 6400, bringing the Total with the Porsche Pack to 7600. Meaning two 5000MS cards are still a little overkill but only by 2400 points. I think the easier thing, if you can, would be to try and get 8000 points. You'd still have 400 left over...but if it's gonna cost you another $50 anyway (which I think it might) you should just get the 5000 point card.

but what if i cant get my hands on the Limited Collectors Edition yet I still want to buy EVERY DLC and EVERY single car available for Forza 4?
im also a noob to this all, but i want to make sure I have ALL the DLC's and other LTD cars and 5 special pre-order cars and everything else that might have come out during the Forza 4 game. Where do i turn then?
Are those DLC's also available that dont own a LCE edition but a regular Forza4?
and i dont mean the 'essentials edition', of course!

im gonna buy 2 x 5000 points Xbox360 cards, would these be enough to cover ALL the forza4 DLC's any ANY OTHER CARS RELEASED and available? i wanna go to the store like a total fatty on a bender and just be all like gimme gimme gimme gimme and then stare at awe at all the DLC packs i just bought and other stuff too, i hope there is other stuff like the 3 ltd edition cars and 5 pre-order cars etc, as ive managed to find out

two 5000 point cards should cover all the DLC, yes. 10,000 points would be plenty. And you'll have enough to buy some other stuff from the XBL store, as well.
