Lots of fun in the race last night, thanks to all who took part!
E10rice took the win, with micantony is a close 2nd, then me in a distant 3rd! (my personal best in an online race!)
I saved the replay, so if I can get the time today and figure how how to do it, I'll post a couple pics.

The race on laguna was fun. I got held back at the start, and could keep the same distance from the leaders, but could never catch up.
Did have a best lap of 1:31:09 there though. better than i did qualifying and during practice sessions.
Then I decided to try and go 20 laps on one set of tires. Not a good idea and couldn't make it through the 20th lap. Luckily I finished 4th out of 6.
Good race though.
The Suzuka was fun, but I don't have many high powered PP cars to use that I'm comfortable with. I picked the Audi Race Car, but it sucked royally.

my tires were bald at the end as well. I limped home the last couple laps. i kept wanting to pit, but E10rice didn't so i just kept trying to push it. in hindsight i wish i had pitted at the halfway point. E10rice was so consistent on his lap times and made no mistakes i could see, i never could catch him, then i lost 20 seconds the last few laps once my tires were gone. he's like a robot that one 
On Suzuka, i grabbed an underpowered car by mistake and e10rice just drove away 3 seconds a lap. i want a rematch on that one

I was actually waiting for you guys to pit so i could cover your pit on the next lap. But the tires on my GTR were lasting forever. On the Last lap my front tire had about 25% life left and the rears had about half left. I was just trying to run consistent laps, i think my slowest lap was a 1.35 and my fastest was a 1.30. On Suzuka i though i would be killed because i basically used the Stock GTR TC but with an engine upgrade and still was only 642 PP, the limit was 666 PP. But again consistent laps and the fact that you two were battling for second helped. Great racing all around.

Anything running tonight guys? Sorry I missed the race last night.
I missed it by 20 minutes last night. Well 1:20 if you count tuning. I've never driven on SS tires. So between trying to decide on a car that would be appropriate, tuning for 550pp, and trying to learn to drive with SS tires, that is a good hour for me anyway. Hopefully tonight!

Are you going to make this a regular weekly event JT? 550 SS I mean? Or some other PP/tire combination? I couldn't make it last night but would like to make it on a regular basis if it's there.
If it's going to be a regular event, whatever the combination you choose, can you get Heathen to add whatever the race is next week to a link on the OP, the link taking you to the post in this thread that defines whatever the next race is going to be? That way, we can all get into the habit of checking the OP for whatever regular races there are instead of having to search all over the thread for it, which is time consuming and we may miss it in all the posts.
For example:
POST # 85 by JTpwnface:
Race Thursday Nov. 17th
10 Laps at Nurb GP/D
10 Laps at Monza w/Chicanes
Location: CRAP Casual Race Lounge #1
Cars: 550pp Race Cars Only on RH Tires, Max 10% Engine Limiter (to eliminate certain cars from competing with an unfair advantage)
Room Opens: 8 pm Central Time (USA) for practice on both tracks
Qualifying Begins: 9:00 - 9:10pm Central
Race 1 Approx. 9:15 - 9:30 pm...
....etc.
Then Heathen posts a link to that particular post in the OP with a link entitled something along the lines of:

I'd like to see as high a participation as possible and making the details easy for everyone to find and more importantly in the same place over and over, will go a long way to ensuring a crowded room with good racing.

All you guys with the shot tires from the mazda raceway race last night, what are your anti-roll bars set too? I just ran some tests and having them set to any number higher than 4, eats the tires quick'
