Ok so lately I've been doing alot of online 500PP racing. And I have a C6Z that I bought and have been tuning. I'm very verry happy with how it handles now, but it seems like some guys are running soooo much faster. Also, I'm sure there are some people that will have some insight or tricks to improve my tune. My problem is, that as it sits, there isnt much with it for me to complain about.

Sorry, Engine is at 320hp (61.3% power)

There's your problem right there.

Unless, of course, you're losing to other C6 Z06s. In which case gearing work will help (a numerically lower final drive with higher individual gear ratios is faster accelerating than the other way around), as will short shifting due to how extreme of a power limiter you're running.

Also, running some ballast may work in your favor (or even a lot of ballast), just math out whether the weight gain is more than offset by an improved power to weight ratio. Remember, if you're running 80% power limiter or more (more removal that is) you'll be at peak power at pretty much all times as long as you schedule your shifts right.

As Rotary says, the engine limiter is the problem. Cars that work best at a given PP level are cars that are upgraded to that level, not downgraded, although a small amount of downgrading is ok. I have many cars tuned at 500 pp and most of them are between 370-420 hp because they are tuned up to that level. Unless it's really light, if I can't get a car to at least 360-370hp it can't compete at that level.

The engine limiter really robs the HP level for a given PP level and the more you use it the more you are robbed. A car tuned up to 500 PP will always have more HP than a car tuned way down to 500 PP. Shoot for 370 hp+ at 500 pp and 1200-1300 kgs.
