I was using the terrible Steam capture when OBS was free all along... 😂

The best free video editing software is DaVinci Resolve, so that's something to look into aswell if you're intrested in video making. 👍

It's probably a settings/encoder issue on my end but just in case you run into a similar problem; with OBS recordings I have to feed them through Handbrake first before they display properly in Resolve, otherwise it just results in an unviewable/broken file.

Personally Resolve is a bit advanced for me. I can just about use it to cut/trim videos and export them 😂

I was surprised how complicated and full featured the free version of Resolve is. It's very good.
