I really don't see anything wrong with it. I mean, you did "steal" our LS2... (lol)

No, you didn't. It was like an extended joke that really has gone on for way too long...

I doubt they will be built in Australia (the Pontiac might...), as GM keeps saying they want to build them in the US or Canada. Chances are we will "steal" the designs from HSV and "adapt" them to the US market via GMPD (General Motors Performance Division) and their assorted subsidiaries SS (Chevrolet), GXP (Pontiac), Red Line (Saturn), and V (Cadillac) to build and sell the vehilces nationwide. If I remember correctly, all of the GMPD models have their final assembly in Detroit, but I can't remember correctly...
They will be built in Australia. I'm positive of that. Similar to Trollhottan, with the Saab 9-3, Holden needs to have more cars to build to help fill up factory capacity, as the Commodore has been rather poorly recieved as of late due to rising gas prices.

The new Commodore has only just been released, I am starting to see them quite alot already, besides Commodore is still the best selling single model in Australia. As for poorly recieved thats still to be seen.

Last I had herd, GM wanted to build the North American-spec models in the US, but I'm not completely certain if those rules apply to the Pontiac or not. Obviously the next-gen GTO will be built in Australia, and I cannot be completely certain if the direct-to-America G8 will be as well. However, it has been said that the Camaro and Impala will both be built in Canada, but there has not been any word on the Buick variant or the Monte Carlo as of yet.
