Can you set wheel to only turn as much as the wheel on the game? (G25)

Hi, I want to buy a wheel, its either gonna be G25 or G27. On my Gran Turismo Prologue game the cockpit view animation of the driver turning the wheel is not 900 degrees. I don't know what degrees the wheel turns in the game but is it possible to make the G25 to only turn as much as the one in the game does?

Also why don't wheel turn full 900 degrees in GT5 Prologue? The driver just stops turning the wheel and I'm thinking well if he could just turn the wheel more I wouldn't be struggling with this corner or are the cars actually turning as if the wheel is being turned up to 900 degrees but just not showing it?

Well, there was originally supposed to be 900 degree animation in prologue, but they couldn't get it right so they left it out. But the animation doesn't change how much the wheels in the car turn. If you turn the wheel all the way to the lock it will turn much harder than just going to 200 degrees.
