Cannot beat A-3 with BMW Coupe

Just gave up of trying.

1:13:566 and finding out that's gonna be impossible to get faster than that.

I've tried to do as Stotty advised but this goddamn track don't give me a chance. Do you guys have any kind of marker in order to compare? Like speed at the turns or even the partial times?

I'm about to break everything because of this event.

Just slow down and be smooth. Brake entering the turns but off the brake and roll through the center and back on the gas early.

You have to nail the kink right past the start line. That was the hardest part for me cause you are right on the edge of traction.

Yeah, my fastest partial time on T1 was 10'590, I guess... I'm starting to make this one right, but the hairpin after the tunnel and the ones at the uphill are giving me a very hard time.

The car is poiting to the apex at around 29 mph and then I start to gas on it... but still feeling like it is too slow.

I'll keep trying... thanks anyway!

It's been awhile since I did this so I just reran it (std physics). Got a 1:13.76 after a few laps of warming up. (And a few laps ruined by traffic.)

You will feel really slow through the hairpins, but it's deceptive. You'll be in 2nd and the engine will feel like it's a diesel at the apex. Especially slow down and roll easy through the second hairpin (righthander). This one has a decreasing radius and you have to really wait to get back to the gas.

Watch the replay for Darksky--76 in the online time trials. He has better tires but you can learn alot from his line. And notice how slow he is through the hairpins. You have to even be slightly slower since you're on harder tires. And watch his line through the kink. That's the fast line.

Just do what he does but a little slower and you'll get gold.

I just made it, 1:12:789 making it right, it was a once in a lifetime lap, for real... BUT, I found a way to "cheat" at this track. Making the kink as fast as you can, on the hairpin after the tunnel you can make slightly faster than usual to ram in the barrier where stands the guy with the flag of Switzerland (I guess)... then, if you're without any aid, the car will "drift" a little so you just put the pedal to the metal and aim for the corner exit.

It's kinda hard to describe but if you make it right you can exit this corner with load more speed than the usual way that I was doing (wrong, I'm sure).
