cannot get project cars to use my 4K screen

I have just got myself a shiny new Asus 4K screen, and most of my racing games are configuring to it just fine, But Pcars insists on keeping what it seems to think is a 2560 x 1200 setup, but it means i cannot access the video options at the bottom far right, as they are way off the bottom of the screen.... I have tried everything I know, including copying a different pc's version, pre-configured to 4096, but to no avail.t

Can anyone tell me how to change a setting somewhere to make this fit my new screen - pretty please ?

Have you tried in graphic settings turning windowed mode on, may allow you to scroll to other settings? possibly.
