I just saw that the car had some BF Goodrich tires on it, so I found a car with the BF Goodrich logo on it.

I gather it was a very large video screen, as other stills I've seen show the i-Flow rotating on a turntable with different images appearing above it.

And yes, the snail does appear to be gasping (or yawning?).
