Car Category Restrictions

How about restrictions on car categories? You wouldn't be able to race a car out of your category. No extreme advantage or disadvantage. For example, a Corvette Stingray wouldn't count as a "muscle car", rather a "classic American sports car". Therefore, you cannot race your '69 Charger against it because it is in a different category.

That is something I would really like to have for GT5! Better classifications for all cars, not just "FF" or "FR" or "MR". Hp restrictions for some categorys, like LM, GT etc, and just like you stated, some kind of categoryzation of all cars!

No, maybe some strickter rules for events but no car classes which I think is what Team666 was thinking of but not overall classes that affect every race, I like being able to race my car against whatever else. I don't want to only race my hot hatch against hot hatches ect.

Good idea, as the old engine uses HP. I.e a Polo GTI is in the same class as an Elise on GT4.

Not to mension the glitched RAM, who races against for example Daihatsu Move... what a joke!
