i want a car to use in gt 300 cup. the car can not be a special car, and it can not be to good, bacause then it will be to ease.

Here's three fully-tuned, race-modded road-going cars that took me 2 tries to win the GT300 championship, so you'll be tested with them.

Audi TT.
You'll have about 2400lbs./397hp. Understeers, but has 4WD, so you can control the power out of the corners.

Aston Martin DB7
Tt's quite heavy (3800lbs?) so it erases the power advantage (531hp) it has. The turbocharged (when tuned) V-12 sounds great, too.

Lexus IS200
Lacks power on the straights, handles beautifully. Should be able to make moves in the corners.

[R] Momo MR-2 GT or [R] Weds Sport Celica GT
Of course, you can't win these until you've dusted off the GT300 championship, and even then, it may take a few cracks at the title to win either one. Not as easy to win with as I imagined. Especially the Momo...don't make any mistakes!

Some easier ones:
[R] S2000 (road car) 364hp/2300lbs.
[R] RX-7 Inifini III '90
[R] RX-7 GT-Turbo '83 (good enough to win the GT500 series)

Dude i feel your pain. Ok im new to this site, but im not new to GT. Good luck dude on the gt300 race. I started a new game bout a month ago, left that race for last. First I thought I could just win the race easly like always with sheer power in my nice tuned cars (400-R, GT3000) but, even though Im fairly good at the game i struggled. In the end, I could win with an RX-7 like the other dude said. But I think ive also done it in Nissans R390, but that was way too easy. I won a BP Treno from that race. 300+ horsepower, the car is awsome. I say just use the Nissan and get the Treno, Its worth it. Good luck mate!

I recently raced the GT300 for the first time in my tacky '96 Corvette Grand Sport and won the series. This is a good car to use...I had it fully modded with level 2 tuning and racing aspiration and found that it could barely stay ahead of the other cars in this race. Spec 1 engine tuning was too weak. I guess this is what everyone means about the GT300 being the most competitive race series--my Corvette with level 2 tuning came to about 583 hp, and the max is 591.

If you want something that isn't too easy, then run a fully prepped Lotus Europa.

yeah, the Europa would be pretty difficult! I might try this, too.

For a real challenge try winning the GT all stars at Red rock in a fully tuned Europa. It can be done.

Yeah, I originally tried this series in a Peugeot 306 fully race-modded and could barely keep up with the competition. Then I tried an '84 Celica Supra, was able to place 5th overall! I was like: finally a real challenge in GT2.

It's the same as the Xanavi Silvia but with different sponsorship.

Well since you had almost 200Bhp more than the rest of the field I'd be pretty worried if it wasn't easy. Try it in a car with under 400Bhp.

Use the Taeivon Trampio FTO. It may have only 370 horsepower, but the lack of weight makes it a very fast car. You can also try the Cusco Impreza, because it too is a light car. However, as another forum member already said, get a Lancer Evo VI, tune it till its just under 591 horsepower, add slicks, weight loss, and you will never lose that cup!

Maybe try a tuned and race-modded store-bought Viper or Cerbera, or a weaker rallly car, like the Ford Escort.

I've NEVER been able to beat the GT300. Then again, I have a very bad habit of winning with either horsepower or luck. My best attempts used the Calibra Touring car, and the Alfa Romeo 155 Touring car. I've never been good at tuning cars, so I couldn't run the easy winner (Ford GT40) without spinning out every corner of Grand Valley East (Grand Valley p\/\/|\|Z me every time I run it. Call it my GT2 kryptonite).

Check the settings sections for tips how to setup cars like the GT40, it's a great car and can win with ease if you can keep it in the right directon. The Tommy Kaira ZZII is probably the easiest car to win the GT300 cup with, unless the GT-One road car can enter too. If you want a fast stable car then the Tigra Ice race car should be a good choice, also theres the Audi TT LM.

I like to use the fully modded RS200 Rally Car. Not always the fastest on the long straights, but it pretty much rules the corners.

I'll have to try that. I've done it with the Shelby Daytona Coupe, and that takes a bit of skill.
