The Viper fits that definition more than the SS or the Charger.

Actually, all of the cars here are more affordable than the Viper and Corvette. (Technically, as the SS is only a few grand cheaper but still). Also, the Viper and Corvette don't have back seats. It goes with the AMX argument, which usually is ruled a no as unless it's a special model with the seats removed, it must have back seats to be considered a muscle car. The Corvette and Viper are too exclusive in my opinion, as well.

Much as I like the Charger Hellcat & how the '16 Camaro has grown on me, went with the 2010-2015 bc of the Z/28.
