Car sharing in online endurance races.

Hi Kaz,

I was wondering whether the ability to swap drivers during online endurance races, so we can properly recreate Le Mans, Nurburgring 24hr, etc by electing an online team to share the team captain's car. Credits to be shared between the drivers of course.

Certainly not serious enough myself to be able to participate in stuff like that, but that would be an awesome idea to implement.

I don't if this is very easy to do, but for sure it's a very useful tool.

This can only come when B-Spec gets released, however, for some reason, I see PD doing this. I hope my instincts are right.

Teaming up with drivers change would be awesome, but may get hard at coding with current "online system" (if you can call it like that ) we are running on...
Onlinestuff only happends in that lobby, no outer effects possible as far I can see - so at this point changeable drivers need to be in the lobby OR a total new online thing needs to come.

I doubt PD will bother to put it in GT6, but long term for the series deconstructing online to accommodate this in GT7 would be worth the effort. Then maybe that's what the mysterious secretive "Community feature" is all about. I can only hope.
