Car speed is getting slow after completing 1 -2 laps.

Please advise how to resolve it

What car, what race, are you running out of fuel, can you provide any screenshots/video?

The battery gauge is empty, and the Ferrari VGT is an electric car. You've run out of fuel and will be limited to 50mph until you pit for more.

We are reaching to 190km/h speed at first lap and after second lap speed getting down to 50 km/h, also a symbol getting red (right side of Speed display- near right hand)

Please tell us the right Setting for it

Ideally, you would drive into the pits to refill before the gauge runs empty to not suffer the timeloss on the track.

Cars running on battery power alone generally are not well implemented into the game for competition with cars that run on fossils.
There are very few exceptions, like the Porsche Taycan, and maybe some constellation of event and fuel consumption can make it possible for others, though usually you would be better of using these cars in races without fuel consumption enabled.

Hybrid performance cars on the other hand will use their battery to achieve better acceleration for a very short amount of time (as the battery is not big and just made for this purpose), and refill by braking before cornering.
